Per California state law, alcohol may NOT be returned.
Our goal is that all our customers are satisfied with their orders. Should you need to return an item, or ordered something by error, we can substitute it prior to it being packaged. Please contact our Customer Service department at (818) 746-9705.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or wish to modify an order before shipment, send us an email at contact@frenchliquorconnection.com.
